Apparently, my daughter decided to write another version of her "first hunt". I find it very interesting to listen to a child tell their version of a hunt with little details that we remember, but maybe we start to take for granted. I hope this season people spread the word and get some of the youth hunters (over 13) to write a journal entry about their hunts, and upload some photos. Especially if you know someone going on a Texas Youth Hunting Program Event or if you know a Huntmaster, spread the word. If not a youth, maybe a HuntMaster will tell a youth hunting story to help TYHP get more awareness for the great program they offer. "One time I shode courage. I sed yes to hog and ciody hunting at nihgt. there were spoocky noyses out side. then I wasent so scard. It was the best nihgt of my life. It was asum I loved it. my brother and sister to come. they like hunting alot. I sow yellow eyes."
