Looking for a yearly deer, hog and turkey lease with cabin, water and electricity. We wanted to rifle and bow hunt and fish. Have 5 guys looking. Would like to be within a 2-3 hours of Georgetown. How many acres are you looking at and what kind of deer? I am purchasing some property a small tract near Del Rio with both mule deer and white tail with 2 blinds and feeders so not everyone could hunt at the same time. $2,500 gun yearly lease 1 wt buck 1 mule deer buck and 2 does along with turkey,hog,javelina, etc.
