Craig and Cooper had three clients on a duck hunt Sunday morning. They hunted at one of our managed pounds in Palaces near Matagorda Bay. The weather was harsh, but it didn’t stop them from taking down 11 ducks. Birds were on them all mourning, anything from pintails to snow geese where coming in to the decoy spread. The said they missed at least 10 or 15 birds, but that was only because the wind was blowing 25 mph and those things were hard to hit.
