  I just purchased this shotgun over the weekend after much deliberation, debate and research. Everyone I talked to that has one loves it! I have yet to really formulate an opinion but a product review will be upcoming. I did fire off a volley with 3 inch mags and it cycled perfectly. Stay tuned.

congrat's on any gun purchase I will stay tuned Remington makes a good product. I was not a fan of their 1187 kinda finiky on ammo. Let us know how it does

The shotgun is now called the Rem SPR 435 but it used to be the Baikal MP153. It is still made in Russia and imported by Remington. Funny thing is the company in Russia that makes this thing makes SKS's, this shotgun, Tokarev pistols, sub-machine guns, and PACEMAKERS...talk about covering all the bases!

Went and shot some birds this evening, this time using 2 3/4 inch heavy dove, and it was a dream to shoot.

Yes it is the MP153, Remington was the importer for 2 years and now EAA is the importer.
