You need to find a place in central Texas(Coryell or Lampasas counties etc.)There is a major hog problem in these areas.We hunt several places in Coryell county,but we were raised here,so,we know a lot of people.Maybe, you can place an add in the local papers.Because,they are glad to get rid of the hogs,but,they are apprehensive if they don't know you.So an add might work...Good Luck

There are plenty of places in Texas that are accessable to the public. Try the many ares around Corps of Engineer projects.

And i'm not sure what you mean by culls??? They are all  culls if you ask me. Shoot 'em all......and if you don't want them and can't find anybody, like me, who will take them off your hands......the coyotes and the buzzards have got to eat too!!! Good Luck!
