hi,

im only 16 but all I do is hunting and fishing. my parents got divorced a couple years ago so I've had to kinda do stuff on my own now. Now that summer is here I'm lookin for a place to hunt/fish but I really don't have any money. Maybe if somebody could take me under their wing and let me hunt or fish on a place they know of. I'd be willing to do just about anything that a boy can do to have a place to hunt/fish. I've come a long way and I recently bought me a jon boat set up for fising that i haul around in my truck. I know its summer so obviously I can only hunt hogs but there actually my favorite to hunt. I've applied for a few jobs so I'm not sure what my schedule would be as of now but I'm sure I'll be spending every chance I get outside fishing and hunting. I live near alvin but I'm willing to travel if you have a place.

thanks for your time,

Michael Newman

Hang in there bud, something will come your way. If you lived closer to me I could use a strapping teenager to go with my 13 yo, here on the ranch, what better way to pay a hard working young man.............................give him a place to fish or hunt.

Get a job, mind your manors and it will all work out in the end.

Texas Parks & Wildlife might have a connection for you. Their liability concerns may limit what they can do, but possibly connect you with someone outside of their agency. Good luck & Happy hunting!!!

a texas puplic land permit only costs about $40, they will give a map of all the land you can hunt and fish on all year for 40 bucks.
