I want to recomend a cookbook that i purchased a few years ago at the Bass Pro Shop in San Antonio that I have been using, it has a tremendous amount of quality recipes for outdoor wild game cooking.  The book is written by Don F. Netek Jr and is titled "Cooking on the Wild Side" Sportsman's cookbook and then some.  I used this his recipes for cooking wild boar, deer meat, dove, fish, etc and they all taste great.  The best part all the recipes are extremely simple an easy to follow for all those Men who are not that great in the kitchen.  if you enjoy cooking wild game as much as I do then this book is a must have and contains 100 recipes for all kinds of great meals to prepare.
