HELP

The only information ive been able to find is dated 2 years ago, Does anyone have any info? Looking for a place to rifle hunt Deer and Hog. First time using the public hunt lands any suggestions?

Check out the parks and wildlife website and look under public huniting, I recomend the Calighan unit of Choke Canyon or for hogs check out the Matagorda Island WMA, Aransas WMA, Chapparal WMA, those are all good spots!!!

I have hunted it before, but it has been a few years so I would not have a clue on current conditions. We took out a bobcat and I saw two does taken while I was there. Weekends were crowded.
