i have been looking at these. does anyone know if they would be good with a regular reticle or would you need an illuminated red reticle.

any idea how much they run? been hunting hogs at night with spot lights, would like to try something differant.

I saw the one that hooks up to scope for 245

The flashlight is about 350.00 but you can use your regular scope out to a couple hundred yards+ with the flashlight.

just ordered the ND-3 from Natchez Shooter Supply for $267.00 total! Few more days and I'll tell you how good or bad this unit is.

I just got my ND-3 in last night. It was raining imagine that! it's been raining forever, but I mounted it on my scope and from what I could tell in the rain this unit willl be very effective up to at least 100 yards I shined it at our heard of cows and their picked up well in the scope and their eyes shined really good, in all I think for less than three hundred bucks you could have sum fun smoking hogs under your feeder. It would be killer at feeders because most of us don't put our feeders over 75yards away!

i used mine for about 2 months till it cooled off below 65 degrees then it quit working very well. pay the xtra and get the subzero.

Used to know a couple of guys that took a 1,000,000 candle power spot light and taped the bottom of a green 7 up plastic bottle over it. They did very well with varments. Was told that they did not think the animals could see the green light. HOWEVER---The Game Warden could see it and the deer in the back of their truck, All taken from the hwy.
