Greetings gang! I'm needing y'alls help in finding either a fish fry team or a group of volunteers that can help us with a fish fry. We'll be hosting a Beast Feast event at our church (Mansfield, Texas) on September 27th (Monday). In additional to wild game (hog, squirrel, deer, etc.) we're also wanting to serve some fried catfish and crappie. We're expecting close to 750 people at this years event so we're going to need several volunteers to help out on the fryers.
