Unless the rules have changed in recent years, there is no hunting at night on any National Forest or Texas public hunting areas, this includes hogs.

Try finding a Wildlife Biologist who does work in that area, they have better info, if you cant reach the park rangers by e mail, try calling them, most have an office line and when they are in the office they got some good info.  Check out the hog hunting at the Chaparal WMA, they got reservations by phone for hog hunting

Just go and if you get stopped,just say no habla engles!You will be set free and will not even be asked for a hunting license.At least thats how the fishing goes under 59 bridge at the san jacinto river.Keep anything you catch and its ok!
