Meat Processing?

I have seen a couple good threads here regarding DIY processing of feral hog.  My question is does anyone in the Kyle/Lockhart area do it for hire.

I just moved to the Kyle area and have found a place to hunt but the rancher and I agree that we should at least attempt to consume what we harvest.  That being said I live in a subdivision and doing it myself while cheaper will not make friends with the neighbors.  I also suspect that having it done by a meat market or butcher shop will increase the chances the wife will take to it.

Bon Ton does wild game but no hogs.  I am wondering if recent disease scares have stopped all the processors from taking feral hogs.

Dress it in the field. Quarter it and take it home in a cooler or two. Butcher it in your kitchen. Freeze the bones and scrap until garbage pick-up day. Your neighbors will never know. As to the spouse, wild pork tastes the same, maybe better, than grocery store pork and it's free range.

If it dies, it fries with exceptions for skunks, armadillos and porcupines.
