Year round feed, (free choice/corning roads). Some resident deer with a good migratory herd passing through after the first good cold snap.

One good road on ranch. The rest of the roads are wash roads/2 tracks or on foot. Low gently rolling hills and larger bluffs on the property. This is great deer country. Last year 1 management buck was taken and the ranch "rested".

No water, no electric. Just some great land to hunt.
I need 3 to 4 hunters ASAP. $1,500 each for this year only, for the entire 2 week mule deer rifle season. Next year price will slightly increase due to protein feeding. I really would prefer a group and not singles unless someone was truly serious.

1 Mature Mule Deer Buck, 1 Javelina, Quail (Great Quail Numbers), and Predators. No exotics.
