Overview:

This is small ranch (300 acres) that is situated next to a 14,000 acre Natl Guard Armory that is not hunted. This particular 300 acres only allows commercial hunting a couple of times a year and was not hunted commercially at all last year.  The unique placement of this ranch next to such a large unhunted area makes it attractive to all types of native game. 

It is low fenced and lots of deer and turkey are in the area.  I will put this ranch toe to toe with any other ranch it's size in the state and is better than many, much larger, ranches.

Deer, Hogs and Turkey come to this ranch to feed and water. 

You will be allowed 1 buck and 1 doe per hunter.  Turkey and varmints available upon presentation.

Lodging is not available on this ranch but there are hotels and resturants within 10 minutes of the ranch.  This hunt is located just south of Brownwood, TX, in Brown County.

The cost of this hunt is $1,450 and the hunt will be conducted Dec 17-19.  A 2-hunter minimum is prefered also.
