Rugged and scenic hill country located between Utopia and Concan ... near where South Texas meets the Hill Country.  Approximately 790 acres. Looking for a family, or established group interested in good game management and land stewardship. Looking for up to four hunters which will be the total for the ranch. Annual lease/year-round access. Turkey, deer, wild hogs, free-ranging exotics. Two small springs. Bow and rifle. No livestock. Utility ATV's or jeeps needed for sometimes steep and rocky roads. Nine crank-up feeders and nine two-man blinds are in place.

The "Estrella Ranch"/Uvalde County, Texas lease is filled at this time, however I have two other annual hunting leases available now:  one is located in the Ouachita Mountains of southeastern Oklahoma about a two hour drive from Dallas, and another lease is available in beautiful northern California near Lake Shasta!  - please email for additional information if you are interested ...    newriverex@aol.com        Thank you
