Texas A&M Wins Southern Conference College Event

EUFAULA, OK -

The Texas A&M team of Josh Haddox of Nacogdoches, and Timothy Temple of Bryan, Texas won the National Guard FLW College Fishing Southern Conference event on Lake Eufaula Sunday with five bass weighing 17 pounds, 6 ounces. The victory earned the team $5,000. The win also helped them advance to the Southern Conference Championship.

Skeeter Bass Champs Central Region anglers converged on Lake Belton February 25, 2012 for their second in a series of five events this year. Bass Champs laid out a whopping 113% payback in cash and prizes to contending teams. Craig Gilbert topped the field taking the guaranteed 1st place $20,000 purse.
