Where was it killed and what do you use for bait?

well i had been on public land same place for 5 times ,the 5th time i finally saw 2 hogs just 30 minutes of beening there.. you can only use shotgun or bow,shot at both hogs ,it took over hour to track one and then almost 2 hrs to get it back to truck ,, im quiet sure i hit the 2nd but man very tired from halling 1st. need new transport method lol... can wait to go back only have till end of march ..

fishinjunky, where do you hunt on public land? because i also hunt on public land. i go and hunt in granger,tx. i prefer to use my bow. any tips or advice you  can give. would be appreciated.

tx sniper i have hunted lake tawakoni in lone oak tx, i want to try old sabine bottom but it seems like there never open... i hunt with bow also but just starting out too ,, you may get lucky tryin putin blind by some ponds,,, or wallows or trails that u have seen ,, best i can do for you....
