I met James Lucero at the Texas Wildlife Association (TWA) Annual Banquet in June of 2007.  During our travels across Texas – from tradeshows and banquets, to private ranches and passionate guides - we occasionally stumble upon a great product that we want to share with our audience. BOG-POD is one of those finds. Like most reviews we write, we spend a lot of time in the field testing these products in an effort to write an honest review based on our experience.

Buda, Texas (Sept. 7, 2004)-- When it comes to utility vehicles, choices abound as well as their applications.  The prices on these vehicle models, by different manufacturers, vary as widely as their prospective uses.  Finding a low-maintenance vehicle is consumers' No. 1 concern. CrossGear's Michelle Shad was managing the booth next to ours at the TPWD Expo last year and told me about a product called the "IT" suit.  Basically, it is a poncho with sleeves made with three dimensional textures similar to a Ghillie suit.  By the end of the EXPO we decided that I would take a sample of the "IT" suit out on a handful of hunts and test it's effectiveness in allowing the hunter to get closer to their target.
