Perfect 10 Whitetail Ranch is a completely high fenced Texas hunting ranch property that has been under game management since 1998, ensuring that the stock on the ranch is ideal for hunting. All hunts on the property are done from comfortable blinds that are located on known traffic areas for the different species that make their home on this outstanding Texas hunting ranch. The very knowledgeable and professional guides are hunters that really know the habits as well as the patterns of the different species on the ranch.

Since the guides are so experienced and the staff at this Texas hunting ranch are fully committed to giving hunters the best hunt possible, they have A 100% success rate. The cost of the hunt includes cleaning and quartering game, making this task much easier for the hunter at the end of the day. Some species of animals are shot only in specific seasons and those are the native Texas species. Game with a set hunting season includes Whitetail bucks, does and Rio Grande Tom Turkeys. All other species including Axis deer, Fallow bucks, Black buck antelope, Russian boars, and wild hogs can be hunted year round.

You will find a warm comfortable bed and all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer. We have a two bedroom cabin with a full bath and full kitchen, and a single bedroom cabin with a full bath, microwave and mini-fridge. Both cabins are equipped with satellite television and telephone to call home and tell the story of your successful hunting experience. Internet connections are also available at the main house.

We have a large cleaning area for your harvest and a comfortable seating area to visit while we carefully process your animal for transport.

We are located in Pineland, Texas. We have numerous creeks and in some areas the creeks open up to small ponds or tanks, ravines, pines, oaks, wooden areas, and clear-cuts.

We are a family oriented MLD level 3 deer lease that is game managed for Trophy Bucks and large breed deer.

*We have (3) small cabins and two large cabins (with private bathroom-full shower, sink, and toilet) on the campsite (they are great even for summer rentals to go to fishing and boating at lake Sam Rayburn).

*Your immediate family can all hunt on our lease under your membership for a mere $1,200 a year.  Utilities are available for an additional fee; however you can use generators on our lease as well if you do not want electricity.  Water is available to all members year round.  This past year we dropped 34 deer within two weeks.  You can immediately put out game cameras on our lease to see all the deer that will come into your area. 

The extra benefit to our lease is that you camp out during the summer go over to Lake Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend.

Rancho Dos Hermanas

This 17000 acre ranch is located in Old Mexico.  It is located approx 2.5 hours from the border.  The ranch has not been hunted for the last two years in order to let the age structure get to where it needs to be.  This ranch is abundant with wildlife and an absolute hunters paradise.  These deer expierience very little hunting pressure which makes for a unique hunting experience.  This ranch is situated just outside of Nueva Rosita, MX in the state of Coahuila.  It has a very nice three bedroom / three bathroom house to accomodate hunters very comfortably.  Looking for a group of 6 management minded hunters willing to continue to help this ranch reach it's full potential.  One trophy and one management buck per hunter and all harvested bucks will need to be 5.5 years old or older.  Make this place your own.  Bring the kids and bring the family and enjoy what the great outdoors of Mexico has to offer.

Also took this extremely smelly boar, estimated about 200 lbs.  He was headed right towards the Axis gut pile when he met his demise.
