2 of the 7 hogs taken in Lockhart Tx. Shot with an ar15 with a night vision scope at 150 yards on the run. Hog on the right weighed about 300 pounds, left weighed about 250..

Between killing all the other hogs and these 3 doing the wrong nasty maybe our hog problem will breed their way out......LOL.........We can only pray.......Maybe the state could use these 3 Boars to stop the over-growth we have now and then we would only have the 3 left to kill and  POFF no more hogs.....LOL....just a thought

Colorado county hogs

Im Thinking of just skipping deer season this year and concentrate on our hog problem...so far hogs seem to be the more popular choice of game for us and as most of yall know that have the same problem it keeps deer away or screws with their normal movement patterns.....over the past several weeks we have gone from having pics of deer to almost nothing but hogs on our cams...and yes we do trap but that hasnt put a dent on this problem at all....lol..........the other white meat will be on our plates this year.

I shot this hog at 7:15am Saturday October 9th It weighed 423lbs near Elmendorf Texas. Shot with a 30-06 between the eyes at about 50yrds.

The early morning aftermath of hogs.....and yes..all those divits are from the herd of hogs the night before........I spent the entire weekend up at my friends place and we didnt see a hog 1..........but they were there like ghosts coming and going all different times of the night........lol.....or better said...when we werent there........kill and trap-em all
