Summary: Hunting in Falfurrias for hogs, I was lucky enough to see a group of Javs come in and this was one nice boar for Fal. I cooked his backstraps sliced thin and fried, with fried taters and onions and a good Ranchero sauce and handmade flour tortillas and it was awesome! My clients didn't beleive the tacos were Javelina. The hind quarter I cooked with sauercraut and taters, and it was awesome too. Better than wild boar actually.
