Summary:
Got these three Christmas day near Lockhart. 100, 100, and 95 pounds. I didn't need the meat, and had even less interest in cleaning them, so gave them away to a coworker. He was happy to get them, and I might be getting a duck hunt in return soon. The extra fencing material over the door is to keep my miniature Herefords out. They like soured corn as much as the pigs do, and were tearing the trap up when they got in. Now, pigs still walk in, but the cows have given up. Corn-Fed
Summary:
Im Thinking of just skipping deer season this year and concentrate on our hog problem...so far hogs seem to be the more popular choice of game for us and as most of yall know that have the same problem it keeps deer away or screws with their normal movement patterns.....over the past several weeks we have gone from having pics of deer to almost nothing but hogs on our cams...and yes we do trap but that hasnt put a dent on this problem at all....lol..........the other white meat will be on our plates this year. Romney,Tx........Eastland,Co. Pig Hunt
Summary:
This is a disgrace to the hunting community. I realize there is over population in many areas but this is rediculous. Another bad example of teaching your kids how to slaughter for the sake of slaughter. I count 60 pigs and 9 people.......to what extent were the meat used? From someone who is concerned for our hunting future. Larry Scruggs 22 results found Next Page >Showing results 1 through 10
