This is small ranch (300 acres) that is situated next to a 14,000 acre Natl Guard Armory that is not hunted. This particular 300 acres only allows commercial hunting a couple of times a year and was not hunted commercially at all last year.  The unique placement of this ranch next to such a large unhunted area makes it attractive to all types of native game. 

It is low fenced and lots of deer and turkey are in the area.  I will put this ranch toe to toe with any other ranch it's size in the state and is better than many, much larger, ranches.

Small deer leases in SW Archer County available for 1 to 6 hunters. The ranch is located about 2 hours NW of the DFW area. Very convenient for hunters that like to visit the ranch often. Acreage can be combined to accomodate different size groups. We have excellent habitat for deer on big drainage bottoms that flow into a big lake. The habitat surrounding the lake is super good with the thickest trees and brush you can imagine. There are wheat fields in this area that attract a lot of deer in the winter months. This is a family friendly situation with good overall hunting. The price is very reasonable as compared to a lot of leases in the area. I have E-FLYERS that I can send to you upon request.
