Big 'ole hog has been coming around at all hours... Hopefully I'll see him in the daylight when I have my rifle. How much do you guys think he weighs? 150-200??

1ST Hog w/my DPMS-223...........I told the guys at Chip McCormick triggers I would post because I and You be very impressed with the performance their triggers make and take a short barrel 16in rifle much more accurate...simple to install(took me about 10 min utes and Ihad never messed with a rifle like this before) and the pull  is around 3.25 lbs..no creep and best of all......my money stayed in Texas........well worth the money.......Thanks David Biegel ,General Manager and they are located in Spicewood,Texas................pic was taken w/my cell phone.....sorry if quality isnt the best

My son Jesse shot his 1st hog on opening day...dad could'nt be prouder. Its was a foggy morning and the hogs came to our feeder at about 6:45 in the morning. My son had never shot with a rifle...so I lend him my 22mag. As we were trying to pick the right one for him...shots started ringing out all around us...since we are surrounded by other lease's. The Hogs started to scattered...I told him shoot as soon as he had a shoulder shot..sure enough he let the round go...hogs ran in all directions...i thought he had missed...but jesse insisted he had place a good shot in the heart...we waited till about 9am to go and look for blood...didnt find any so started walking towards our feeder and sure enough their he lay...his 1st porker about 40lbs shot at 54yds...dad and son gave each other a high 5 and several yells of victory...Ill never forget that morning...so when you have a chance take your child hunting...you wont regret it.

Don't know the exact model of this particular rifle.  While we have rifles glore, this one that J.B. is holding belongs to my nephew Austin.  I know that it was not an inexpensive rig.  Around 3K if memory serves me correct.  I do know that the caliber is .308 win.

Mike and his fiance Jessica hunted with us this past weekend.  Great people...lots of fun...look forward to seeing them again!

These two Russians are butchering a Eurasian Brown Bear aka Grizzly. The bowl contains fat from around the kidneys and is used for medicinal purposes.

I took the bear in a sweet oat field about 18 hours north of Moscow by train and vehicle. The rifle was a Browning A-bolt .325WSM.

My friend Stuart has not gone hunting much, but he is beginning to love it. This is his first pig, taken in Bandera. He shot it with the rifle, then had to "finish" with a handgun when the pig was still running towards him.

killed in East Texas. shot at 40 yrd. with Russian Mosin Nagant using 180 gr. Norma factory loads.

Me and the 250 lb.+ wild boar I shot last night with my grandfather's .243.  It was the first time that rifle had been fired on an animal in probably 25 years and my first successful time behind a scope instead of a video camera.
