This was taken lastnight. My hunting partner got this one and a big sow.

Guide Bret Brown was making a sow in heat call with his homemade call when this 185 lb boar decided to join the party. Gaylyn Rasmusen took the spotted boar with his 25-006 in the Palo Duro Canyon. First hog harvest this year for me...hunting along with son jesse...I shot this sow..at about 80yds...the rest left never to be seen again...what a shame.

First hog hunted off of our family property, been trapping them but this is the first one stalked and killed.

Black bass....full of eggs.... caught on an old beat up rattle trap! Turned her loose to reproduce.

We got a call for a exclusive hunt as this place that has only been deer hunted and is now over run with hogs .
We downed this big ol sow right at sunset Sat.
They have been fed real good twice a day for awhile and we were shooting a BSA 30-06 with a Bushnell 4x12x40 and a 165gr bullet right behind the ear

19 feb i shot this sow at 150 yds shotgun w 3in slug, dont think i could pull that shot off again... she dressed out at 120 lb...

Guided this gentlmen Stan Wilson friday evening to a new ranch record sow. She tipped the scales at 285lbs this was one  big girl. The only  night I was not in a truck that had a winch. www.redriverboars.com www.texashuntco.com

Shot this sow near a trap full of her young porkies. 1 sow + 11 piglets = successful weekend.
