This 320 acre Whitetail Deer lease is located in Clay County, approximately 5 miles from Byers.  In northeast clay county bordered on the east by the Red River. Deer (5 bag limit), feral hogs, turkey just to name a few. No water or electricity, but an established camp site well away from the hunting area. 3 hunter, $1500/gun or $4500 total. Lots of thick timber plus some rolling mesquite prairie. Last leased in 1998 and hasn't been hunted since.  Many large deer, turkeys, hogs.  Three large stocked tanks and two creeks.  Electric and water hook-up available for campsite.  Up to 3 bow hunters.  Just saw 12 point buck.
