Overview:

Season Lease with nice cabin and walk in cooler for all game.  Has not been leased since we bought the ranch in 2001.  950 acreas of dry river  bottom with some rolling hills, beautiful country with lots of wildlife.

The ranch is loaded with deer, turkey and free ranging Trophy Exotics. 6 stand and feeders fed protein most of the year. Ammenites include a nice cabin fully furnished, with electricity, water, dish tv, and beds enough to sleep 14. We also have RV hook ups and a large cold storage to keep any of your game.  Allowed to take up to 5 bucks and 5 exotics (either axis, fallow, or audad).  Loaded with hogs and turkey.

$16,000.00 for the lease up to 5 people.  Cabin, RV hook ups, and walkin cooler included.  Guests are allowed must hunt off payed hunters tags.   5 mature bucks and 5 exotics allowed to be taken on the lease
