The cost of the lease is $ 6000 total. 4 hunters max.  The cost of the food plot is included in the total cost of the lease. Hunters will supply feeders and blinds.
If I can not find a group to lease this property by Sept. 1, I will entertain selling individual spots on the lease.  I have photos of past harvested bucks.
